I describe myself as someone who is observant, willing to work with all groups of ages, in Gen-Ed or SPED!

I’ve worked in schools as an instructional assistant for about 3 years. I’ve worked with all sorts of students and teachers. My biggest take away is teaching students specific to them, and through visual learning as well as modeling. And I tend to work on the spot if I need to if plans aren’t going accordingly. My other biggest take away is to create a fun learning environment where kids feel comfortable to engage.
