I’m an experienced teacher and science tutor. My lessons are aimed at the needs and aspirations of the individual student.

I have been a tutor for the past 10 years. My sessions aims to use real-world examples to stimulate curiosity and engagement. As a Lead Practitioner who follows research led initiatives I understand the importance of retrieval practice in consolidating core knowledge. This is embedded within my sessions. Assessment for learning and assessment of learning is also critical in assessing progress and gaps in knowledge. Assessment forms a large portion of my sessions also.
