I think interest is the best teacher. For beginners, I think we can make them learn Chinese through music or interesting stories, so that they can learn the language and improve their cultural literacy at the same time. For advanced students, I think we can start from the topics they are interested in, and we can have a scene simulation with them. For example, when I teach Chinese conversation, I will let the students simulate ordering food in a Chinese restaurant, so as to make the learning scenario real through practical operation. I believe that an appropriate amount of homework is necessary to help students review what they have learned, and I regularly review and adjust my teaching methods to ensure that they are in line with students' learning needs and the latest educational theories.
