MBCS BSc (Hons) Computer Science Tutor with 16+ years experience

I have a BSc (Hons) In Computer Science, duirng which time I was a key member of the Linux Cluster and partook in multiple internships. The first saw me building software for a local company to manage projects, staff and other company information. The second I was writing updates for leading car manufacturers test software, this was a much more complex project and there was zero room for error given the potentially fatal ramifications. Finally, I provided Cyber Security advice to an International hotel chain which implemented my advice both in the UK and Thailand.

Following University, I rekindled my freelance career and have been providing mentoring, software and web development services as well as Cyber Security Awareness training. My work has recieved praise from District Judges, CBEs, Solicitors, Members of the Cyber Security community world wide and distinguished engineers. Prior to attending University, I had been a Freelancer working for political parties, Universal Records artists, high street chains and their suppliers and all manner of other clients.

I am available to tutor young and old alike, whether it is basic I.T skills, progressing through GCSE, A Level or University pathways or even learning a skill for fun. You will find that I am a very attentive tutor and I don't believe there are any silly questions - except the ones you do not ask.

My only requirement of students is to think and practice. Without this commitment, there is no point in the lessons.

I hold a clean Enhanced DBS and have undertaken safeguarding training as well as autism awareness courses. For students under 16, I would require that a parent or guardian be within ear shot for safeguarding reasons.
