Wendy Steele _ I’m a qualified Transformational Life Coach (Dip.) and Professional Business Coach and Mentor (ILM5).

My company is Balance for Life Coaching, Mentoring and SEN Consulting.

I help people get clarity on where they are currently, where they want to be and how to get there and everything that involves in the grey area in the middle!

I do this by supporting my clients with their mindset, skillset and challenging their self limiting beliefs - I will walk through that journey with you, practically, emotionally and by providing accountability. We work as a team. When you can't see the wood for the trees - I will be your AXE and clear the way to clarity so you can find your own solutions.

I have over 300 hrs coaching, mentoring and consulting and practical & varied life & work experience having started putting myself through college at 16 with my first job. I have over 30 years experience of planning, scheduling and managing complex projects and roles.

My sessions are non-judgemental, Inclusive for all LGBTQIA+, empathetic and supportive - I want you to reach your goals and ambitions in a sustainable way for your SEMH.

I work with all kinds of individuals, my sessions are supportive, proactive and empowering. I will collaborate with you to give you support, empathy and accountability - keep you on track and focused - step by step- till you reach your goals!
