Year 10 and 11 schools GCSE, Hospitality and Catering
Year 1 to 3 Diploma in profession chef
Year 4 and 5 Fda in hospitality management

One to one, face to face group, online, practical and theoretical.
Using tracking methods for each student to ensure all assignments and units are completed in a timely manner.
Feedback is always given to each individual student on their work.
