I give lessons to kids from 5 to 15 years old

During my school time i had many issues myself, trying to understand what i was being teached and why i seems not to be able to understand it, when the whole class could.
I've then find out that i was not the problem, i just needed more time and a different approach compared to other kids.
What i want to do in my lessons is to help the kind understand what they're learning in the easiest way possible, and realise how much they can achieve by doing thins their way.
