Helping you improve your Biology and Psychology grades !

Hello! My Name is Annie and I am starting to tutor in AQA A - Level Biology and psychology. As I have completed my A levels in Biology, Psychology and Economics, I am going onto study for a degree in forensic science at the University of Kent! During my A level studies I would always assist my peers in Psychology and Biology in workshops to help them understand tricky topics, help them answer technical exam questions and not to mention providing exam technique tips to ensure all marks are awarded in exams! As a new tutor, I will ask students where their weak points are in topics before lessons so I can prepare worksheets/ materials and exam technique pointers for the lesson to consolidate their knowledge. At the end of lessons I set a few exam questions that we will mark and review in the next lesson to ensure my student has grasped the concepts to assist growth in their academic journey! Towards the end of a students journey before their exams, I will ask them to complete full or sections of past papers under timed conditions to ensure they have timings mastered and to make sure they aren’t under pressure in exams!
