My 12 years of yoga teaching experience has been moulded from the Sivananda Yoga Center, India where I have done 500 hours of advanced teachers training. I have a further 200 hours teachers training from Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India.
In terms of education I have a Master’s degree in Yoga and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy. Hence am qualified to customise yoga sequences to achieve specific targets.
I crafted my expertise in teaching yoga in numerous settings ranging from private classes, yoga centres, gyms, online yoga classes, group classes (face to face and online) and hospitals. Over the course of my working experience I have been fortunate to have taught yoga to all age groups and to students of all levels of fitness. As a result I am absolutely confident to lead advanced, intermediate and beginner classes to all age groups.
I love to spread awareness on the benefits of practicing yoga both for the mind and the body, and have a sincere desire to assist students to achieve their goals using holistic yogic practices.
