Through my years I have learned many lessons from the pleasant to the challenging which has shaped my teaching principles and ways of connecting with my students. I feel that being able to understand and relate to the learner is quintessential to true education. Working and facilitating a large classroom has endowed me with many abilities; I have excellent organizational skills and a finely honed talent for “thinking on my feet.” The latter, I believe, is quintessential when delivering a lesson to students that is not reaching the class as projected in your lesson plan! Additionally, I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams and Zoom. Furthermore, I have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Finally, I am committed to my professional development and enjoy taking on new challenges.
