I give a client centred lesson to adults on coaching the individual through their learning journey to achieve their own goals.

I like to understand the root cause of why individuals do as they do. When you dig a little bit deeper understanding of why then you fix the issue at hand for them to be able to gain and obtain new knowledge. By asking probing questions or prompting for response answers the individual doesn't feel interrogated but can see self growth and own development to achieve success. My personal experience mostly students open up to me about many areas of their life and I can gain an in-sight to who they are and how best interact with them for them to learn in a healthy environment.
