Maths and Statistics tutor at Entry level, GCSE and A level

Hello! My name is Julie. I have a Masters degree in Global Health and I am midway through my PhD in Epidemiology (with a focus on statistics and big data analysis) at the University of Oxford.
I have two years experience tutoring GCSE maths and Statistics at beginner and intermediate levels, respectively. My tutoring method is based in kindness and confidence. Through creating a space in which students feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions and think creatively, I hope to empower their academic independence as a skill they can take with them throughout their journey. I also recognise that every student is different, and I strive to tailor my lessons to each individual, ensuring that they are learning with the approach that best suits them.
