Experienced teacher and examiner specialising in A-level biology

A qualified teacher with extensive experience leading and teaching both KS4/level 2 and KS5/level 3 biology having worked in the state, independent and FE (including adult learning) sectors for a number of years, consistently achieving outstanding results in excess of national averages. Experience with a number of different examination boards as associate examiner, marks reviewer and team leader overseeing a number of examiners in their application of the mark scheme.
Available for both ongoing, regular support or intensive support in the approach to exams. Able to deliver as 1-to-1, 1-to-2, small groups and lecture groups. Can help with knowledge and understanding, revision techniques and examination techniques through a variety of styles adapted for the specific learner.
