The less we think about the past or the future and remain in the present, the we think clearly and minimise the chatter in our minds.

I really like to focus on developing emotional intelligence. This will allow you to respond rather than react. For this to happen, we can look into scenarios where you have reacted and then develop an awareness for what was happening in your mind. The awareness of what is happening will give you a chance to manage your thoughts. Managing your thoughts will help you choose what you want to do next. Before you choose what you want to do next, we can then look into regulating your emotions. This can look like a scale. For example, on a scale from 0 to 10, 10 being very annoyed and 0 being calm. You can place yourself on this scale and then think about how you can work towards 0 (calm).

I work with processes and strategies. I'd like to share these with you so that you can practice these in your daily lives.
