Patient, friendly and sociable Maths tutor

I am an Accounting & Finance BSc Graduate. I have experience tutoring students in Maths and English- face to face- during my A Levels, which I enjoyed a lot. I have also tutored on an online platform for 2+ years, tutoring Maths, Business and Geography to students from KS2 to A-Levels, delivering over 300 hours of lessons with 5-star reviews from all students. I love working with and helping children achieve the best of their ability as I can improve the knowledge of not only my student but also my own- as through teaching others, your knowledge of the topic increases. I am a student who scored well in Maths during my GCSEs and A Levels and hence believe I will be able to help you achieve your best too, whether that be surrounding content, the structure of questions or timing. I also enjoyed learning new mathematical formulas and hope to spread this enjoyment of mine, ensuring you also learn, appreciate and enjoy such a wonderful subject. My lessons consist of targeted content and exam techniques, using a variety of different websites and resources to support lesson structures, such as past papers, youtube videos and worksheets. I deliver the lessons in a timely manner, making sure you as the student understands the topic well before the end of the session. Homework will also be set when required, going over it during "marking times". Exam papers will be covered together in the first lesson, getting an idea of the weak and strong spots of the student, carrying on with the following lessons from there, using the first lesson as a basis for the structure of the future lessons. I have also taught a range of different exam board specifications- including AQA, Edexcel, Eduqas (wjec cbac), and CIE. I look forward to teaching you and bettering your knowledge on this subject too!
