Teaching Style

I plan and deliver bespoke, structured lessons that engage and motivate pupils, so their learning needs are met
I constructively communicate to students the outcome of the lesson, then outline and explain methods of solving problems
I am very supportive with all my students through remaining calm while any material is being digested and having a mature attitude to them. By mounting on an empathetic connection with them, I ensure they feel at ease in asking as many questions as they can should they not understand what is being communicated to them.
I listen to them with full attention and I believe that many of them have as a result developed confidence in letting me know if they have issues at a particular stage of problem solving.
I have managed classrooms by:
being polite,
giving students my undivided attention,
avoided punishing (rather asked questions on why students find it difficult to focus and adjust my style to re-engage them),
gave praise frequently to uplift students and keep them motivated to keep learning.
