I would describe myself as an enthusiastic enabler, a person who encourages others to learn and enjoy learning.

Whether teaching face to face or online, I want my students to capture my enthusiasm for learning. I am one who loves to journey with the learners and as much as possible encourage them to enjoy learning and to realise that learning is fun. The skills I employ and use are motivation, delivering lessons that motivates others to learn. Resilience, encouraging learners to persevere and not give up and realise their potential.
