My name is Ella and I’m a 28 year old primary school teacher. I have worked as a teacher for 3 years and previously worked as a behaviour support practitioner. My experience has developed me into an enthusiastic and hard-working individual, with a passion for children’s well-being and love of learning. My eager, encouraging and supportive attitude translates heavily into my teaching practice; this enables the children I work with to thrive and develop into dedicated, motivated and happy learners. My teaching approach is very personalised to the individual, recognising their strengths and weaknesses and working with them to develop a learning style that supports them best. I am a very understanding and calm natured teacher who believes the epitome to a motivated and hard-working child is their happiness and enjoyment of their learning.
