Advert description
With my extensive background in Family Medicine, academic experience as an assistant professor, and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Warwick, I am eager to contribute my expertise to support student learning and academic excellence. I have a deep understanding of both clinical practice and public health principles and my educational journey has been enriched by three years of experience as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences of the Lebanese Red Cross, where I taught the following courses for different academic levels: anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and nursing care for adults.
In my previous role as an assistant professor, I had the opportunity to deliver lectures, lead discussions, and facilitate interactive learning experiences for nursing students. These experiences have allowed me to hone my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. I was committed to providing personalized support to help students overcome challenges, achieve their academic goals, and develop the confidence and skills needed for success. I also participated in curriculum design, review, and revision processes to ensure that nursing education programs reflect current evidence-based practices, emerging healthcare trends, and regulatory requirements. In addition, I was responsible for student evaluation and assessment through assignments and exams.
