GCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry tutor with 2 years experience tutoring sister in Walsall

I bring 2 years of tutoring experience from tutoring my sister for her SATs and tutoring my 2 cousins for their GCSEs. I mastered a tailored approach to teaching, ensuring the lessons met their needs. Whilst achieving grade 9s and 8s in all subjects, I was able to advise them and assist them in achieving these top grades and what to do differently. Regardless of whatever working grade you are at, I am determined to be able to reach your target goal by working hard together and cooperating during lessons. I’ll simplify complex topics, build confidence, and inspire understanding with engaging personalized methods. As well as this, I'll make sure the students feel comfortable and challenge them with exam questions, while also being proactive in the lesson. From this, I will use methods such as active recall, as well as starter and retrieval questions to ensure the knowledge is stored in their long-term memory, so exams will be easy for them.
