I have a Bachelor of Education in French and Spanish and am also a fluent Polish speaker, which shows my lifelong interest in languages. I also have a Trinity College Certificate in TESOL.

I enjoy helping students with their English language learning journey and have a particular interest in grammar, so if you have problems with this, I am here to help you. I like to encourage my students to help themselves and aim to encourage regular reading in your own time. I also encourage students to speak as much as possible and develop confidence in their language skills.

The learning experience is tailored to suit your needs and style. Each learner has individual characteristics which can help to outline a suitable program of study. Do you prefer to learn from a textbook? Or do you prefer teacher materials? Or maybe a mixture of both? Or maybe you need a conversation class? All needs and preferences can be catered for.

Learning a language can be difficult for some people so I aim to be clear and concise, and to make the journey a comfortable one. You can set the pace of the lessons so you can feel at ease and not rushed in any way.

As a teacher, I feel I am a good communicator and have the ability to put students at ease during the lesson. I will collaborate with you to make sure you are learning the material you need. I am also adaptable and patient and will help you achieve your goal.
