I have experience tutoring GCSE and A-level grade students in both English Literature and Biology.

My tutoring style focusses on understanding topics on a wider scale. I look to ensure my tutees can apply their subject knowledge to other topics and perhaps even to their day-to-day lives. I have learnt a lot from being at university and from coaching sports about how important it is to relate what you are learning to what you already know. I believe it helps solidify the work you are doing long-term, not just retain it temporarily for the next exam.
