Private tutoring for all levels up to A-level in English, History or 11

Hi, I'm Orlanda, a first year history student at Durham University. I am friendly, hard-working and highly value good teaching. I studied History, English and Philosophy at A-Level at The Judd School (A*, A*, A). I have had experience tutoring when helping to run an after-school help class for English GCSE students. These sessions focused on effective note-taking, revision and exam technique. My teaching style focuses on clear communication to bring the subject to life. I want to help humanities students to develop their own opinions and to organise their thoughts so they can effectively express themselves.

I also have had experience in 11+, which I passed in 2014. Tutoring for a family friend deepened my understanding of how to pass the maths, English, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning exams.
