I give lessons to people looking to step up and find their voice and thrive in areas where they are already competent. Developing people into essential parts of team that allows the individual to thrive and gain results AND the team as well.

Listening is the single most important thing and at the same time the most underrated and overlooked act in todays culture. We listen, we REALLY listen, and after that the coaching and advice is accurate and genuinely gets results. We have coached people from all areas of social and study backgrounds and we have seen people step into their potential in all areas of life. Seeing people step into the potential we see (but they don't initially) is the most rewarding thing we experience.
