Maths tutor providing lessons for children of ages 8-12

I am currently pursuing my PhD in Biosciences and have been a teaching assistant for a year for undergraduate students. The biggest problem today is these subjects are daunting as it is and it does not help when they are not taught to students the proper way. When students are taught logically, step wise and not as a chore, they come to realize why they are inherently interesting and why so many people go into STEM. Hence, as a tutor I hope to reignite that spark and bring back the fun in science and maths.
