My goal as a tutor is to motivate and encourage the learner to a high standard of work and for them to achieve their potential . I plan each lesson with clear aims and objectives and provide individual support and encouragement to learners across a range of needs . Over the years I have researched and gathered together a wide reference library of information and examples that can be used for other learners , which I intend to use in planned lessons . I have tutored in many classes over the years run by the local authorities in my area .
