French Tutor for all ages

Dear Administrator,

I am enquiring about the French and World Language Programs in your school. I am a French native and Certified Teacher currently teaching children and adolescents with special needs in France.

Prior to my current position, I spent one year teaching French Immersion at Jeremy Ranch Elementary School, a Dual Immersion School in Park City, Utah, USA, one year teaching French Immersion at the Lycée Jules Verne in South Africa, four years teaching French Immersion and French as a Second Language in multi-level classes at the International School of Tucson and at at the Lycée Français in San Francisco.

I also had the following opportunities during my career as an International teacher: teaching Kindergarten and 5th Grade in a French Immersion public program in Louisiana, Pre-K at l’ École Bilingue de la Nouvelle Orléans, Kindergarten and First Grade at the Lycée Franco-Australien of Canberra, Second Grade at the French-American School of Puget Sound near Seattle, Washington, and First Grade and PYP program at Washington International School (IB program), Washington, DC.

In addition, I taught French as a Second Language to French Language Learners students and the French National Curriculum in YPK through 5th Grade classes in France for nine years.

I also thrive teaching French online to students from all walks of life and from across the globe.

Through teaching in multicultural settings in France and abroad, I have been able to expand and enrich my personal and professional skills as well as develop a growth mindset. These skills are essential to teaching in French, French Immersion, bilingual, IB, International and Inclusive Education environments.
I believe with my 30 years of experience and my love of teaching and learning I would be an asset to your school.
