Advert description
Throughout the past decade, I've dedicated my career to working in alternative provision, where I've diligently cultivated my expertise in inspiring, motivating, and effectively overseeing projects from inception to completion. I thrive in fast-paced work environments, consistently demonstrating a proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach, allowing me to address any challenges that may arise proficiently. Additionally, my reliability, punctuality, standards of work and outstanding communication skills empower me to achieve my objectives and realise my full potential efficiently.
My qualifications speak to my dedication to special education. I hold a master's degree in special education needs and disability, and I'm certified in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), the National Association of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinators (NASENDCO), and Access Arrangements (CP3TA). With a strong foundation in teaching mathematics and Personal, Social, and Health Education (PSHE), I'm further enhancing my expertise through a life coach course and NPQH.
My commitment to professional development and staying abreast of the latest trends has been a cornerstone of my career. Fuelled by my passion for achieving positive outcomes and collaborating with stakeholders, I've successfully led an independent special school for students aged 8-16 for over seven years, making a significant impact in the field.
When confronted with demanding situations, I consistently approach them with professionalism and respect. I firmly believe in honest and equitable communication and continuously seek optimal solutions. My diverse experiences have not only honed my professional and interpersonal skills but also granted me a profound understanding of the field's intricacies.
