Life Coach - Anxiety and Self-Confidence

I am a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. I genuinely enjoy engaging in friendly conversations and fostering positive attitudes, and I believe that these qualities are crucial in supporting and guiding students through their challenges.

Having struggled with my own anxieties and self-confidence, I know the struggles from a personal perspective. Although I still struggle sometimes, I want to make something good of my struggles and help mentor others.

My experience working with children as an Early Years Practitioner and as a Volunteer in the Scouts has honed my ability to effectively communicate and connect with young people and their parents. I understand the importance of providing a supportive and nurturing environment, and I am committed to helping students develop essential life skills, improve their self-confidence, and achieve their goals.
