I offer personal training, nutrition and coach plans

I have a degree from durham university in sport and exercise sciences as well as a level 3 personal training and level 2 fitness instructor certification. I am a head coach on top of this. I have a passion for fitness and have completed many successful transformations for my friends and family. I have also transformed myself as a morbidly obese teenager, so I empathise with clients’ situations.
