MATHS TEACHER and exam marker, lots of experience

I have 20 years experience in secondary schools in the uk. Some of those years have been as head or deputy head of department, I have marked GCSE exam papers for around 10 years. My lessons are never dull, we will do 2 or 3 different topics each session and go back and recap prior work/learning. Research shows this helps you to remember things easier.
