A levels/ AQA/ OCR/ Ed excel physics lecturer

I have masters in Physics. I have taught this subject in multiple schools at my home country. Worked in a college for 1 year as well. Currently residing in Saudi Arabia on work visa as a Cambridge lecturer of Physics. Currently having 6+ years of professional teaching, I am still learning to improve myself as a Teacher in many ways( skills, values, student psychology etc). Every student has an individual life-style, routine and had came from a different school of thought related to a subject. A good teacher in my views must deal a student in a passive way, creating a bond of mentorship with him. Encouraging and helping with concepts of subject and implementing it on daily life adds fun in a class which is the key of being a good teacher.
