I am a very dynamic, outgoing and self-motivated individual. I am also very qualified and have a lot of experience in both the Project Management and ICT fields. I believe that the combination of my personality, qualifications and experience have been significant factors in my successes thus far.

Makesi in a nutshell

I primarily use PowerPoint presentations and provide links to more in-depth content
Deeper dive into content is achieved via live sessions using these PowerPoint slides to guide the discussions
These sessions are very interactive and ensure that students have the ability to ask any questions they may have

Assessments are provided in various formats e.g. Multiple Choice, Short Answer, Case Studies, and Report writing
I also provide guidance to the students on the best approach to completing these assessments. For example, pre-defined RUBRICS are given to all students so that they know what is required to achieve the maximum marks in an assignment.
I also provide structured feedback to students on all assignment submissions to ensure that proper learning has taken place

Students can contact me via email and I commit to responding within 24 hours or less
I am with students every step of the way during any course they have me as an instructor and I provide both structured and ad hoc reminders to students about course content focus and assignment deadlines

I also provide guidance to students on potential career paths that can be looked at after the completion of my courses and even on other courses that should be done to ensure that they are on the correct career path. If students have a potential career path that interests them I can help them understand what would be the next steps in making their career objectives a reality.
