Health and social care tutor providing lesson to children of all ages

I have quite a number of strengths which are flexibility, access to the use of technology, good communication skills, good interpersonal relationships and cost effective which would make it more accessible to a wide range of students.On the other hands, my major weakness is limited physical observation as online tutors may not be able to access and observe the physical and non-verbal cues of the students, which can make it difficult to identify any challenges they may be facing however, it my responsibility to work the best out of this situation and bring out the best out of my students.
