Geography and Travel and Tourism tutor

I am a lady with extensive experience in Humanities teaching(Geography, Global Perspectives, Social studies and Travel and Tourism as well as educational coaching and mentoring. I am highly skilled in lesson differentiation, behavior and classroom management and educational technology.

Am a holder for a Master’s in education degree at Middlesex University, Dubai, which I completed in July 2023. In addition, am a holder of a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Geography and certificates in SEN teaching, Behavior management, Safeguarding and Children protection and Teaching with modern technology. I can competently execute my duties with excellent lesson delivery, lesson differentiation and lesson engagement tasks by giving students group work responsibilities and incorporating learning with ICT. This has improved students’ performance by ten percent.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the highest levels of service and commitment to the mission of any organization I have worked for. I was nominated the teacher of the month in July 2022 at Sharjah American International School; I have improved the pass rate by ten percent for geography IGCSE in 2018 at Gems Winchester School. This was mainly caused by the integration of intervention classes that I did. In addition, I have also been selected as the humanities exam coordinator for Liwa Education in 2020 as I will be responsible for setting exams according to the curriculum. I am currently working at a public school in Kent.
