I am a certified Senior Chinese Language teacher who has an MSc in Education (University of Edinburgh) and has been teaching Mandarin for 10 years. Having an in-depth knowledge of the language as well as the up-to-date teaching pedagogy, I know how to tailor my teaching to fit students' learning styles and needs and how to help them progress quickly and effectively to achieve their goals. I am also adept at using online teaching tools to create dynamic, interactive, and engaging learning environments. Besides, I provide 100% target language immersive learning environments for my students, including real-life scenarios-based learning, simulation-based learning, as well as game-based learning, which will help them apply their knowledge in practical situations. More importantly, students will have a maximum of time to speak and a balance of varied practice (teacher-led practice, student-led practice as well as performance tasks) as well as confirmation of goal achievement in my class.
