I have assisted the training of new staff as a paralegal and in doing so, have experience adapting to peoples individual needs and different learning styles. As a recent graduate myself I also feel I am able to relate to students who are currently undertaking their law degree and how to explain some of the information in layman’s terms for ease of understanding.
