English and Drama tutor for GCSE and A-Level students

Each lesson will be bespoke and planned out weekly to fit your needs. It might be what you're working on in class, it might be to prepare for an exam, or it might just be to have a chat about your future education or career. Whatever it is, just let me know and we can make it happen. When we start lessons together, I always like to make sure my students have a good understanding of what the exam boards are asking of them. Sometimes it can be a little tricky to read through, so I always try and make it digestible. Then we'll start off with a general overview of the subject to see where your strengths are and detect the areas that we can work on together. From there, we'll make a programme together of how to achieve our goals and get you to where you want to be! We'll also try and set a little bit of homework for you after each lesson (nothing to difficult, don't worry!) that you'll be able to bring back with you to receive 1-to-1 feedback.
I am a tutor with several years of experience, but I have also gone through the updated GCSE and A-level exams that you have, so I have a deep understanding of not only the material itself, but also the process and personal journey that these exams need. I am always available to talk through any concerns or worries that you might have with regards to your work, and hopefully I can help to elevate some of that stress!
