As I am a trained music therapist, I tailor my piano and music lessons around the student using a person centred approach, considering what is most useful for the individual. My pedagogy has a focus not only on building strength and technique on the keyboard but also knowledge of music theory, expression, improvising and composing in order to cultivate musicianship.
