I have experience teaching kids with multiple needs.

I like to break the mould and work with them instead of against them. Learning should be a joy not a task. If one method doesn't work, then it's the method, not the child that is wrong. Not only do I apply this to my teaching, but I also apply this to my own learning, especially throughout my PhD. No matter where I am, there is always more to learn.
