Due to my previous experience learning Psychology, I know how to tailor lessons to suit the needs of anyone at any level.

As a third year psychology student, I understand the subject in detail, but I also know the struggles of learning it. This is why I want to help tutor students with a passion for the subject, but have difficulties learning all the topics involved. AS-Level and A-Level students will be given an in depth break down of each topic, and help with any specifics they require. After each lesson, students will be given a practice exam question tailored to their exam board, in order to apply what they’ve learnt. I will then mark these and provide feedback. With this, I will help students will create their own ‘active recall’ revision tools like mind-maps or flashcards throughout their tutoring sessions. This will help students retain the knowledge they’ve learnt with me, and encourage revision, ensuring that they’re prepared for exams. The tutoring sessions can be given whenever the student needs as my availability is extremely flexible.
