I'm a 16 year-old aspiring medical student who loves to aid younger students to achieve their goal through a friendly mindset.

I like to, first, get to know the student and come to levels of understanding between each other by talking about things they enjoy doing, like subjects or hobbies. I like to show an interest in their interests to enable a friendly bond between me and the student. I get to know what their struggles are and ensuring them that it is normal to struggle and propose learning techniques which are suited to them and let them making sure that they are aware of what my plans are and give them a heads up as to what our lessons would look like. I have worked with multiple year groups from year 7 to 11, helping them to become more confident in the subject and up their grade by one or two more grades.
