I am a lecturer with extensive teaching experience having worked in education as student learning coach as part of the Additional Learning Support teams and covered a wide range of different academic programmes in many subject areas at Entry Level 1, Entry Level 2, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. In this role I taught and supported individual students as well as main stream student groups which has been beneficial for my professional development and teaching career. I trained as a lecturer at South Essex college and Chelmsford College as part of my teacher training and qualification covering BTEC Diploma level programmes at Entry Levels 2 and 3, level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 in health and social care. Through the employment agency I have worked on assignments delivering lectures in Travel and Tourism at City of Westminster college in London which enabled me to gain more teaching experience in a different subject area. I worked on an assignment delivering lectures in Health and social care at Ashford college in Kent covering Level 1 and Level 2 BTEC programmes. I have worked as a Public Services, Sport and Business lecturer at Haringey Sixth Form College, Carshalton college and Guildford college. I also worked as a volunteer Lecturer at Chelmsford college teaching health and social care covering BTEC Level 1 , Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma and Level 3 Extended Diploma health and social care groups. I am a highly organised and efficient individual and my approach to work has yielded excellent results. My achievements include working on numerous Diploma programmes for South Essex College and completing my Level 5 Diploma in education and training in June 2016 and graduated. Most of the students I have taught have achieved Pass, Merit and Distinction grades and qualified to progress. I worked as a lecturer in health and social care at Windsor Forest colleges and also studying the BA Honours Degree in Health and Social Care. I have also taught Public services and sport at Chelmsford college, Barking and Dagen ham college, Bromley college and Waltham Forest college respectively.
