I give maths lectures in very easiest method

I have experience of 4 years in my teaching field i taught maths subject to students in very easiest method if students become confuse and shy for asking question and can't understand i repeat the question many times till they understand at the end of the lecture i ask them different question related to real life so that they understand in best way i make their groups and become leader tp every student in this way a shy student also feel happy become confident and take part in activities and lecture
