Advert description
I can create and implement dynamic lesson plans for introductory, honours, and advanced placement biochemistry courses to accommodate a range of learning styles. I achieve this by utilising a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, laboratory experiments, and multimedia presentations. Through engaging in group conversations, practical laboratory experiments, and dynamic class discussions, I cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. To make abstract ideas more concrete and applicable to students' daily lives, I also include real-world examples and applications. Students feel safe asking questions, exchanging ideas, and expressing their curiosity about chemistry in my welcoming and open classroom.
I participate in curriculum planning and development. I engage in classroom management to foster respect, cooperation, and active participation among students. I also engage in the assessment and evaluation of students to gauge students' understanding and progress. I also provide individualized support and engage the students to develop professional acumen.
I guide preliminary science students on how to succeed in the University before they were admitted by providing needed support in their academic engagement and teaching professional ethics for proper conduct within the University environment.
I participate actively in the preparation of reagents, safety compliance of students, training and support, and ensure that this practice aligns with the curriculum.
