A very experienced executive coach - I live on the South Coast in between Portsmouth and Southampton.

I have a professional career that expands over 40 years which has involved working in high pressure professional environments that encompass large scale business transformation programmes, management consultancy in both public and private sectors and a military career working in submarines as a warfare officer. In addition I am a Licensed Practitioner and my company is a Licensed Distributor for Insights Personal Discovery Profiles.

I have worked with individuals and teams in over 400 organisations that encompass the voluntary, private and public sector organisations.

The aim of my sessions is to support you in "enjoying the ride" and really being able to make a difference. Sessions are developed so they are bespoke and tailored to meet your needs - be they personal or organisational with a programme that will support you in being able to make a difference.

I have worked in high stress and high performance environments and bring a "journey mans" bag of experience to the table to share with you. I am action and solution focused and will work with you, your team, your organisation or any aspect and combination that you think requires attention and focus. Developing communication and feedback skills and strategies will be supplementary skill areas of attention.
