Hi,
A little bit about myself:
I have had a big curiosity and interest in cooking since I was 11 years old. I have started cooking for family and friends when I was around 13 years old and had really good feed back (and that's not because they were my family and friends, well.. I hope not).
Always worked with my heart and with passion and after 20 years of being a professional chef, I'm still loving it, just like it was on the first day.
Every day you learn, create, teach someone something new and that's a satisfaction you get at the end of each day (with the complimentary stress of course).
It is without saying that is one of the most demanding jobs in hospitality and you need a tough skin, good attitude and a level head to succeed. And this job has taught me all of that.
