I love teaching as I have had experience in a sports camp before with teaching children on how to execute the correct form on playing these sports. The same can be applied to education as I can teach the correct formulas needed to succeed in any particular subject especially my expertise such as business and mathematics. But having this experience also had taught me into managing children as they are very different to adults and react in different manners it is important to be sensitive towards them. So I would attempt to establish a positive relationship to make the child feel warm and welcomed, then understand the learning style and adapt to what the child feels comfortable to. As someone has been tutored for a big portion of their lives I have learnt not all tutors had understood which style of teaching is easier for me. Some children prefer visual learning while others might prefer auditory it is all to the certain individual themselves. I would also break down complex concepts into more manageable parts while attempting to keep interactive learning so the child would be more attentive to the topics being taught.
