I will first let them express their views and ideas , this is important as to understand a little more about themselves and what their focus is We would use online presentations and vision boards in discussions Through workbook assessments I would be able to understand how much of time needs to be spent on their weak areas I will also use the SWOT analysis to determine how they would work in their respective roles
