I would describe myself as an energetic and passionate and happy to tutor all ages and abilities. I specialise in SEN and SpLD.

Skills and Experience: • Extensive background in tutoring and academic support, including volunteering as a tutor and maintaining a revision account on Instagram for GCSE students (started during my own GCSEs in September 2018) hoping to grow this more with virtual learning opportunities and more followers and content) • Strong academic achievements, including attaining 7 GCSEs at grades 9-4 and earning A-level qualifications in English language and literature (A), geography (C), and Extended Project Qualification (A). • Proficient in various subjects, including English, geography, and performing arts, with a commitment to continuous learning and development. • Experience utilizing online teaching platforms and resources such as Quizlet, YouTube, and BBC Teach to enhance learning outcomes. • Demonstrated resilience, determination, and adaptability in overcoming challenges and achieving academic success. I have worked multiple jobs therefore I come with varied job skills and have had varied experience in different industries which could easily be transferable to online tutoring. Teaching Approach: I will teach by creating engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of my students. Drawing on my experience studying English language and Literature and tutoring and academic support, I will utilise a variety of teaching methods, including storytelling, visual aids, and interactive activities, to facilitate learning and understanding. I believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, explore new concepts, and achieve their academic goals. Through personalised instruction, constructive feedback, and encouragement, I aim to inspire curiosity, promote critical thinking skills, and facilitate academic success for all my students. And I will help them with a strategy and revision plans to achieve their grades so they can progress in their chosen future pathways.
